Needed to sell our home within a month when we weren't really ready but found a home in Georgia that accepted contingency and those were the terms. I had a great experience selling my father's home with Kevin Burke. We had a lot of showings and the house was a bit out of date, and the garage was packed with tools and items from inside the home, but we found a buyer after a couple of months and everything went as smoothly as possible. Kevin even helped with suggestions on how to sell the tools, leading to multiple buyers, which was above and beyond the sale of the house.

When we decided to put our house on the market we felt that we could sell it our self and do the seller portion on the closing. I have worked at the construction industry for almost 40 years and had experience building, selling and closings. We felt that we should talk to a real estate broker to see what they could do for us.
